Featuring (1) 9.0x6.0mm Fine Faceted Pear Shape Chatham Lab Created Ruby, medium to dark red color, surrounded by (60) .005ct Shimmering Round Diamonds with a 1/3 carat total weight, near colorless GHI color grade, I1 clarity grade.

NOTE: The picture shown is larger than the actual size; which is approximately 12mm wide in the center, with an average item weight of 5.9 grams. The ring comes in a size 7, but it is sizeable.
